Sivert Høyem is the former vocalist in Madrugada and the man behind hits like "Into The Sea", "The Kids Are On High Street" and "Majesty". "Moon Landing" is produced together with his guitarist Cato Salsa, and it is mixed by John Agnello (Sonic Youth, Dinosaur Jr) in Water Music, Hoboken, New Jersey. It is the first single from Sivert Høyems new album which is due for release in Norway on 28. September 2009.
Madrugada was a Norwegian rock band formed in the town of Stokmarknes 1995. The band members included Frode Jacobsen (bass), Sivert Høyem (vocals) and Robert Burås (guitar). After the death of Burås on July 12, 2007 Høyem and Jacobsen decided to finish recording their latest album. The album, entitled Madrugada, was released on January 21, 2008. After the release of the album the band announced they would split after one last tour.
